Steven David Elliot
FOUNDER, CHIEF VISIONARY OFFICER
Steven David Elliot created the Rockstar Connect program through years of experimentation and implementation. His networking events are legendary and he is nationally known for his innovation in the field of Business Networking. His Meetup North Hills Networking has been recognized as one of the “most successful and active in the world”, boasting 20,000 members. Rockstar Connect is based on his philosophy of you have to “give-in-order-to-get”. He teaches that, through altruistic acts, you will be rewarded with material and spiritual abundance. As a realtor, sales person, connector, coach, and marketing guru he has harnessed his ability to find options and solutions, limit them to the best, and help his clients select the outcomes to achieve their goals. His legacy to the business world is Rockstar Connect.
CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Nick Cioffi is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer for Rockstar Connect. He oversees and manages the day-to-day company operations with the rest of the team. His company roles principally include managing teams for all Rockstar Connect events nationally, social media pages and both internal and external company relations. Nick has experience in the Event Management industry through his work as Founder and CEO of City Social, where he manages his teams with event operations in both Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University.
Sarah Clark Elliot
OMBUDSMAN & HISTORIAN
Sarah Clark Elliot is Rockstar Connect’s Ombudsman and Historian. Her role in the company is to ensure through integral process revision that we adhere to our stated code of conduct for all of our Rockstars, Ambassadors, vendors, and attendees/members. She is an expert in event protocol as the hostess of Rockstar Connect’s prototypical event North Hills Networking. She has committed herself to a life of learning and personal growth and is the moral compass of our company. Sarah earned a degree from UNC-Greensboro, and continues to study the objective nature of truth and morality as it applies to business and networking.
Kelly Sienna McDougall
DIRECTOR OF CURRICULUM & CONTENT
Kelly is the Director of Curriculum and Content for Rockstar Connect. Kelly creates, manages and oversees all internal curriculum for our Rockstar services and staff development. Previously, she was the Director of Event Management at Live Work Play in Downtown Raleigh. She earned degrees in Event Management and Social Media Marketing from UNC-Greensboro.
